In the Land of Opportunity, the Arkansas Court of Appeals ruled in favor of solar companies by upholding net metering compensation and simplified approval process for small systems.
Standard Lithium and LANXESS Corporation have come to terms on an agreement to speed the development of the first commercial lithium project in Arkansas.
Financing for both projects was facilitated by power purchase agreements. For the Arkansas project, the agreement is with Conway Corp. and for the Louisiana project the agreement is with McDonald’s and eBay.
