National design firm TCA Architects designed a group of net-zero eco-apartments for Houston-based Hanover Company within its new Hanover Olympic apartment building in Los Angeles. These units feature solar power, smart thermostats, iPad accessible monitoring, in-apartment monitoring screens, high efficiency lighting, and smart AC and water systems, along with EV charging facilities.
