Growatt has just launched the new off-grid 8-12K SPE inverter as an upgrade to their globally used and very popular SPF models. This new Low Voltage version will contain an integrated transfer switch like the SPH.
In a bold and widely welcomed move from the DIY market, select products are now available directly on Amazon. In addition to Growatt’s Portable Power line, off-grid inverters will now be offered to a large niche of users on Amazon while maintaining the same Tier 1 warranty and service.
Commissioning for grid tie products will be done on the brand new easy to use application and monitoring platform – SHINER
Q2 2026 – Parallel functionality of MIN
Parallel functionality of MIN Hybrid Inverters which can now accommodate large residential applications up to 45.6KW with 120kWh of battery backup.
First battery partner(s) for the Commercial 28-100KW WIT System, Discover, Soluna, Pytes, and more Batteries will be fully compatible with Growatt all in one commercial inverters, and accommodate sites needing up to 261kWh per inverter of which 9 can be paralleled on-grid.
Growatt will now offer Virtual Power Plant (VPP) services earning battery customers additional money through their local utility programs directly
Q3 2026 – Larger 12-18K SPH Inverters
Growatt is waiting on UL certification for its larger low voltage all in one SPH Hybrid inverters, while they can already be paralleled, the new models will be sized from 12-18K and can accommodate 108KW in split phase or three phase applications.
Q4 2026 – Upgraded APX batteries for MIN
Growatt is currently developing upgraded High Voltage APX batteries simultaneously with a better cost, faster charging, and higher output which will continue to be used with the popular MIN high voltage inverter These wide ranging developments address smarter software and monitoring, higher capacity inverters, commercial scalability, and new revenue streams for customers, all demonstrating Growatt’s commitment to making solar + storage more affordable, efficient, and profitable for residential, DIY, and commercial users alike.
