Inventergy Global, Inc. (OTC PINK: INVT) (“Inventergy”), an intellectual property licensing company, announced today that its Inventergy Innovations, LLC subsidiary has entered into an agreement with an international solar panel mounting company to license their innovative technology across the solar industry. This agreement will allow Inventergy Innovations to obtain rights to the commercialization of a unique and patented solar panel mounting technology in a high growth industry.

To date, Inventergy Innovations has completed 7 partnership agreements in which it has secured rights to the licensing of its partner’s patents or technology or in some cases the sale of its entire business.
