Our parent company is currently developing numerous 3GW size portfolios of projects. A typical portfolio contains 60+ projects, which total approximately 3GW’s of projected power generation (projects are 20MW-200MW+). Pursuing development of a large pool of projects greatly reduces risk and creates above average net profits for the portfolio.
Investors/Partners can place anywhere from $5MM up to $30MM in any one of these 3GW solar project investment portfolios for above average net returns.
As an added bonus, investors or partners within each of the 3GW project investment portfolios will have preferential access to and the opportunity to purchase any or all of the (20MW-200MW+) projects in the portfolio once they are Shovel Ready “at greatly discounted prices”.
