Radian is pleased to announce the successful launch of its Residential Fleet Management product, the amalgam of its effective asset management services, operations and maintenance services, and Lens™ software platform. In less than a year, Radian’s Fleet Management product has grown to 6,000 sites, totaling roughly 40 MWs and spanning 13 states across the U.S.

The offering integrates Radian’s comprehensive solar asset management services into a single, sweeping residential fleet management offering to improve service quality, reduce operational costs, and minimize overall risk for national sponsors and their fund investors.

Regarding the rapid expansion, Chad Sachs, CEO of Radian, stated, “We are excited to leverage our asset management offering which delivers measurable value to our residential clients.” He continued, “We feel that the current trend of national intermediaries (sponsors) aggregating residential solar fleets has contributed to the impressive growth and increased activities in the solar industry. Our main objective is to ensure the same level of optimal performance and safety for these fleets as for the rest of the solar market. Our fleet management practice delivers this performance and security to our residential clients, and we are pleased with our unique capabilities in utilizing our software and our asset management best practices to positively impact an underserved sector in the solar marketplace.”

Combining our software and services platforms, the Radian Fleet Management offering extends to all the services listed below, creating a virtuous feedback cycle, and with increasing scale and data, will provide the ability to minimize operating risks and increase asset performance through:
