EnergeiaWorks, North America’s foremost executive search firm dedicated to renewable energy, is pleased to announce its recent hire of Andrea Zancha. As a Renewable Energy Account Manager based in San Diego, Andrea will develop and manage California- based solar business.

We’re excited to expand deeper into the state, and Andrea, with her background in solar recruiting, will be instrumental to our growth.”
Andrea comes to EnergeiaWorks with 10 years of experience in recruiting. Andrea worked in oil and gas as well as in renewables, and prior, was a government contractor conducting background investigations for security clearances.. Andrea’s passion for recruiting is fueled by her dedication and ability to cultivate relationships. She graduated from Slippery Rock University with a degree in business.
