Centrosolar and CleanView Capital have come together to form an alliance which aims to offer its C&I customer
segment, a combined and robust product and financing offering, that far exceeds industry standards. From
inception, the goal has been to deliver a one-stop-shop solar PV solution, that encompasses award winning solar PV
modules and financing options, along with engineering, product support, logistics, just-in-time-delivery and best in

Our C&I customer segment will benefit greatly from this combined product and finance offering. It will enable
commercial and industrial installers and companies to quickly gain access to the best solar PV product available in
the marketplace, backed by a 25-year product warranty, and a robust program, that provides customers with a low-
cost way to own a solar system. The Clean Energy Ownership Program provides customers with greater value than
a cost-reduction program and is especially appealing to LLCs and S corporations that cannot directly benefit from a
federal tax credit.
