Bravo LLC, an affiliate of Bravo Infrastructure Group, announced its acquisition of Quest Renewables Inc..
Quest was formed in 2014 to commercialize technology that was developed with the US
Department of Energy and the Georgia Tech Research Institute.. Quest was further supported
by the Georgia Research Alliance and investment from the GRA Venture Fund. Today, Quest is
a leading solar canopy solutions provider whose patented racking design provides the most
efficient and safest solar canopy solution in the industry.
The acquisition allows Bravo to enhance its portfolio of renewable energy infrastructure, which
also includes Radiance Solar, a leading distributed generation EPC firm. Steve Newby, CEO of
Bravo, expressed his enthusiasm for the acquisition: “We are thrilled to add Quest Renewables
into our renewable energy platform. Quest is a leader in the solar canopy space whose product
enhances efficiency and safety while providing superior aesthetics to our customers parking
