Go Energy Group, a company specialized in the development, investment, and operation of next[1]generation infrastructure for artificial intelligence, digital ecosystems, and high-performance computing, today announced the execution of a strategic agreement with Titus Development Corporation for the development of the TRON USA Project in Pennsylvania.

The agreement was signed in New York City and represents a major milestone in Go Energy Group’s international expansion strategy within the rapidly growing AI infrastructure sector. The TRON USA Project will consist of a state-of the-art 200 MW IT Artificial Intelligence Campus located within one of the most strategic digital infrastructure corridors in the United States, connecting Philadelphia and New York through high-capacity fiber networks critical for hyperscale AI and cloud computing operations.

The selected site, a decommissioned coal-fired generation facility, offers several strategic advantages, including existing industrial infrastructure, water access, established utility connectivity, and proximity to major regional transmission and fiber networks capable of supporting large-scale AI and next-generation data center operations.

TRON USA is part of Go Energy Group’s broader international strategy to develop AI infrastructure platforms across key global markets. The company is currently advancing similar projects throughout Europe and Latin America through partnerships with leading companies operating within the artificial intelligence, cloud, energy, and digital infrastructure ecosystem.

Go Energy Group focuses on enabling the future of artificial intelligence by combining strategic energy infrastructure, digital connectivity, and sustainable large-scale developments designed to support the increasing global demand for high-performance computing, AI model training, cloud services, and advanced data processing.

“TRON USA represents a transformational infrastructure initiative aligned with the future of artificial intelligence and digital economies. This project reinforces our commitment to delivering mission critical infrastructure platforms capable of supporting the next generation of AI technologies,” stated Curro Nicolau Castellanos the Chairman of Go Energy Group.

The company expects the project to become a strategic reference point for AI infrastructure development in North America. The TRON USA Project represents an estimated multi-billion-dollar infrastructure investment and is expected to be developed in multiple phases to meet the rapidly increasing demand for artificial intelligence computing capacity in North America. Initial development and infrastructure activities are scheduled to commence following final engineering, interconnection, permitting and financing activities, with the first operational phase targeted within the next 24 to 36 months.

Once fully completed, the campus is expected to become one of the most significant AI-focused infrastructure developments in the region, supporting hyperscale computing, advanced AI training environments, and next-generation cloud platforms.
